Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when an order can be cancelled and how refunds are processed. Please read it with our Shipping & Returns policy.
Cancellations
You may cancel a ready-piece order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order; once our karigars have begun cutting or embroidering, the order cannot be cancelled, as the piece is made specifically for you.

Refunds
Approved refunds — for eligible cancellations, or for damaged / defective / wrong pieces confirmed by our team — are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Bank or gateway processing may add a few extra days.
Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI once we receive your bank details.
Non-refundable
Change-of-mind returns on made-to-order pieces, and any customisation/tailoring charges once work has begun, are non-refundable. Slight, natural variations in hand-work and colour are not considered defects.
